I created The Nutrition Wellness Plate Method™ because I needed it myself first. I know what it means to feel disconnected from your body — to follow every rule and still feel lost. This method changed that for me. And it is what I now offer you.

This framework is designed to help women reconnect with themselves through awareness, alignment, and intentional nourishment — mentally, physically, and spiritually. Not through perfection or rigid dieting — but through a mind-first approach that honours the whole of who you are.
