My path to becoming a Mind-Body Wellness Coach wasn't planned — it was lived. Every step of it. And I believe that's exactly why I can walk alongside you the way that I do.

WHO I AM

A woman who chose to get curious

I'm Judith Ridley — a Mind-Body Wellness Coach, the founder of The Nutrition Wellness Plate Method, and a woman who once sat in a doctor's office being told that medication would be her companion for life.

I didn't rebel against that moment. I got curious about it. I began to ask different questions — not just about food or my body, but about my thoughts, my patterns, the emotions quietly shaping every choice I made.

What I discovered changed everything. And it became the foundation of everything I now teach.

Today, I work with women 35 and over who are ready to stop managing food from the outside and start mastering their inner world. Women who know something deeper is going on — and are finally ready to understand what it is.

My mission is simple: to guide you from confusion and guilt to awareness, calm, and empowered, intentional choices.

MY JOURNEY

From diagnosis
to calling

In the year 2000, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Over time, that progressed to Type 2 diabetes and I became insulin-dependent. I was told this would simply be my way of life.

Through lifestyle and mindset change, I am no longer medication-dependent — sustained not by a quick fix, but by an ongoing commitment to the very principles I now teach.

That experience became my calling. Today, I walk alongside women ready to understand that true transformation begins in the mind, long before the first bite.

Today, I work with women 35 and over who are ready to stop managing food from the outside and start mastering their inner world. Women who know something deeper is going on — and are finally ready to understand what it is.
