MY STORY

From diagnosis
to calling

In 2000, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and became insulin-dependent, later progressing to Type 2 diabetes. I was told this would be my way of life. I didn't accept that.

Through lifestyle and mindset change, I am no longer medication-dependent — sustained not by a quick fix, but by an ongoing commitment to the very principles I now teach.

That experience became my calling. Today, I walk alongside women ready to understand that true transformation begins in the mind, long before the first bite.

Wellness begins in the mind. Because what the brain believes, the body follows. When a woman learns to nourish her thoughts, her body, and her daily life with intention, everything begins to shift. Food becomes support instead of stress. Health becomes harmony instead of pressure. And wellness becomes a way of living, not a cycle of dieting.
